Ive been using Nexonia for 1 year now - it truly changed my life. Expenses can be entered in a few seconds and on the go. With former tools I had to fill tables online, scan and download receipts - this was taking hours. I strongly recommend Nexonia!

This is simply the best expense system I have ever used. Being an employee who travels it is extremely handy to be able to submit my expenses in a timely fashion from wherever I happen to be. Support from Neil Wainwright and his team is second to none. They are always willing to listen to ideas for improvement and the few bugs I have experienced were resolved immediately. The staff is polite, friendly and always respond in a timely fashion. In addition to the mobile app, there is also a web browser version which can be accessed from a desktop or laptop. Everything synchs up with the click of a button. I would recommend this app to anyone who has a mobile workforce!

Love this app, simple and easy to use , it synchronized seamlessly with my other devices , doing my work expenses in the past was something I never looked forward to , know I do them as and when I get receipts , keep up the great work !

I use nexonia at the basic level (2-6 expense items per month) and it works perfectly for me. I actually enjoy creating my expense report while on the plane coming home from a business trip (it doesnt require wifi which is nice). Create the report > take a photo of your receipt > enter the amount > submit and youre done. Easy. Plus, its always super awesome to get a notification saying "$xxx.xx has been approved" Yay for money back in my pocket!!

What a fantastic tool. Never lose in your expenses again. Our corporate office put us on this a couple of years ago. I love not having to keep receipts once their stored as photos.

I find the app is much easier to use and submit expenses rather than on your computer! Could be a bit more intuitive but I can usually find my way around!

Ive been using this for 8 months for my corporate expenses. I love the ability to log the expenses real time; it saves me hours in preparing & submitting my expense reports, and I dont have to wait until I return home to begin logging them. I especially like the ability to take pictures of receipts and automatically link them to the expense. The sync between mobile app and desktop is very quick and efficient. Overall, a great tool.

Simple interface, easy to use and does the job great!

Great app with lots of features makes it easy to enter company expenses and attach receipts. Links to credit card statements make it easy to enter company credit card expenses quickly. Also having access to a web interface makes batch entry easy - then use the app to sync and attach individual photos of receipts for each item. There are some quirks like credit card payments end up not being used in expense claims so you need to use them in dummy expenses that are never submitted so that the payments are removed from the list of CC items.

No more lost receipts! The developers have really thought if everything. This even allows you to use it offline. You can submit new expenses and track past submissions. This isnt a standalone solution. Your company needs to be using the Nexonia system, but it is well worth it.
