Nexonias expense report application allows users to enter expenses, take pictures of receipts with the iPhone camera and then submit them for approval. With the push of a button, all expense reports, their receipts and any modifications will synchronize with the full Nexonia expense management solution.
Nexonia Expenses can be used at no extra costs by existing customers of our full expense management solution. Users will only need to enter their existing Nexonia account information.

After using another expense system and app for many years, I have been very pleased with Nexonia! Quick, easy, seamless sync with desktop site, and excellent support. Highly recommend!
Nexonia mobile app is so easy to use. I love how I can make a purchase, snap a photo of my receipt and submit all within minutes. I never have to hold on to receipts or gear loosing them. It is also great being notified when they are approved so I can expect when I will be reimbursed.
My company recently adopted Nexonia for expense tracking. Their web site is great, but getting the receipts you need in the right place causes delays. One day you wake up and realize you havent files expenses for 3 months.
The mobile app, though, changes ALL of that. Use your phone to take photos of all your receipts. While you are waiting for a flight, preload the expense items you know you are going to have. Dont forget to expense your mileage--Nexonias app makes this a breeze!
I submit my expenses now within a few hours of competing a trip. Sometimes within minutes. I dont have to leave my phone--I can complete the whole process in the app.
