Nexonia Expenses App Reviews

No issues creating reports, associating receipts and/or syncing. My parking expense is usually created and sent before I even reach the office.

I was looking for a great expense report solution, because I hate expense reports. I found Nexonia, and I’m glad. It doesn’t take away all the pain of expense reports, but pretty close. This app makes it extra easy to snap photos of receipts while on the go, to edit expense reports, to see what’s paid and not, to create reports, edit items, and more. There’s even a button to make suggestions, and Nexonia is very responsive to requests. Great app from a great company!

This app is great to use when Im on the go and I need to expense something or I get a notification to approve an expense. This app lacks a homepage that prioritizes information. Right now all the menu items are available and they all have the same weight. Lots of black and weight icons with blue pluses. I feel like there wasnt a ton of work put in to making the app visually. Its a basic interface for corporate affairs.

As a travelling sales person, I make my money selling. Anything that takes away from selling is a problem for me. Expense reports were a nightmare for me. The Nexonia app makes it so simple and so fast to get through a multi-page credit card statement....I absolutely love it. I no longer dread the process. Well done. A must for anyone submitting an expense report.

I am impressed with the simplicity of Nexonia to use and the helpfulness of their staff whenever I have questions I get quick responses!

This app has simplified my life. I no longer have to walk around with a ton of receipts. I can take a quick picture and enter the info on the spot. It is easy to use and saves me a lot of time!

Tough to think just a year ago we used to manually fill things out. This is hands down the best way to submit expenses. Super fast, easy and accurate. As someone who also approves expenses, there is no better tool to quickly go through all the different submissions....and at your finger tips too. Not sure what other companies use but this cant be beat. Best app for business!!

Nexonia has created a strong but simple native app that is a great extension to the web app. This seriously makes submitting my expenses (and keeping them organized) so much easier. Great!

I love that this app makes it so easy to make expense forms. Attaching receipts is easy and doesnt take much time. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to switch reports from one persons account to another. Their iPhone app does not make it easy to do reports on behalf of other people. As an administrator doing reports for various employees I find having to upload all the receipts and doing it on a desktop is not the most efficient way this app could work. I would like to see an option to change who the report is going to even after the report is made. Otherwise a great app!

Great app. Makes expense submission way easier. However the expenses submitted on the app take a few minutes to sync on the website afterward so be patient

Super handy way to keep track of my expenses without having to keep a stack of receipts until Ive got time to submit them on my laptop. Even better for approving other employees expenses.

I find nexonia to be a great tool for a company in managing expenses of their personnel. The product is easy to use, intuitive and accurate. Nexonia is always looking at how they could improve their app. They are attentive to customers feedback, always ready to support as well when there is a need. I have been using this service from Nexonia for many years now and highly recommend it.

Have used this app for my business expenses for about 6 months. By far the easiest one I have used. Been easy to file reports while at the airport or on the road. Like it on the iPad most of all. UI has improved too.

The Nexonia app UI works extremely well. The receipt option is much easier to use than comparable apps and never have I had to worry about lost receipts. Overall the app makes business travel better.

Have been using Nexonia for few years now, on iPhone and on a computer. Great tool, simplifies collecting and submitting expenses. In the past it was always the last minute effort or a weekend task. Now I do it on my phone immediately after I paid for the expense.

After using another expense system and app for many years, I have been very pleased with Nexonia! Quick, easy, seamless sync with desktop site, and excellent support. Highly recommend!
