Nexonia mobile app is so easy to use. I love how I can make a purchase, snap a photo of my receipt and submit all within minutes. I never have to hold on to receipts or gear loosing them. It is also great being notified when they are approved so I can expect when I will be reimbursed.

My company recently adopted Nexonia for expense tracking. Their web site is great, but getting the receipts you need in the right place causes delays. One day you wake up and realize you havent files expenses for 3 months. The mobile app, though, changes ALL of that. Use your phone to take photos of all your receipts. While you are waiting for a flight, preload the expense items you know you are going to have. Dont forget to expense your mileage--Nexonias app makes this a breeze! I submit my expenses now within a few hours of competing a trip. Sometimes within minutes. I dont have to leave my phone--I can complete the whole process in the app.

I was tired of losing expense receipts on trips when my manager mentioned that Nexonia, our timesheet & expense software, has a mobile app. Prepared to be flummoxed by a challenging user interface, I was really impressed with how easy this app is to use. Especially on long trips, I dont know what I would do without it! Goodbye paper folio, hello Nexonia expenses.

Not much to say other than that its the best way Ive found to submit expenses. Very intuitive, very fast!

I do not often review apps but I feel it is necessary with this particular app. I frequently travel for business and find expense reports a nightmare. With Nexonia I am able to log receipts on the go, add the necessary details, and submit my expense report within days of the trip and not add any administrative time to my day. Since using this app, I have not lost a single receipt. Overall, I give it a five star rating.

With this app you can track your expenses and submit them in a few clicks. And the ability to take a picture of your receipt and append it right in the app is such a time saver.

I have been traveling quite a bit for work these days for long periods of time. The app has helped me save all my receipts that I almost always lose when I have to enter them in on the web (my laptop bag is a bottomless pit). Its takes me two seconds boom done submit! Love it.

I love how easy the app makes it to take pictures of receipts and add them to the right report while Im traveling. If you enter the amount it also automatically matches it to the record. My only complaint is that syncing isnt always automatic and is sometimes slow even on WiFi.

I love how simple Nexonia is, so that I can create a report for my reimbursement in minutes. Its also really easy to attached all my receipts and link them to my reports!

The Nexonia app is easy to use and has saved me a ton of time after my trips (and my managers trips) since I no longer have to take photos of receipts on my phone and email them to myself. Also syncs perfectly with my computer!

This app has really made our business that is largely comprised of traveling consultants more efficient with our time and gives us an opportunity to analyze our spending on the back. The UI is awesome and it makes everyones lives easier.

My company uses the nexonia product for tracking expenses. Im always on the road so the mobile app makes it quickly to upload all of my expenses and send them out in several quick clicks. Before the mobile app and nexonia the process was long and annoying and hard for all employees to track when expenses were submitted, accepted, and paid out. 4 stars because they continue to innovate so Im expecting the best is yet to come.
